Most DJ's will start out doing the school discos when they're in the sixth form.
Any excuse to be able to hire my first ever sets of really powerful amps, speakers and bass bins.  Good fun, and you're not exactly going to be given stick for being wonky as hell at the time with your early attempts at mixing!

Breathe - The Prodigy

It was the song the munchkins wanted.  I'm sure Liam Howlett would be thrilled ;-)

Your Woman -  White Town

Fond memories from 1997 of this surprising smash number one hit.

The Night Train - Kadoc

I was given a copy of the Night Train on my 18th birthday, and loved it.  I had started going clubbing when I was 17, and this was one of the first tunes that I knew better at 130 db, than at 80 db :-)
